Amazing lunch amazing lunch amazingunch today!!!!!!!

I made the following and loved every ounce:

- Wild alaskan salmon (canned in h20) mixed with a big hunk of wasabi and canola mayo
- chopped onions
- chopped spinach
- mush it all together and stick it into a whole wheat wrap

Eat that shinizzle.
